License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies. By purchasing from the VectorArt.com web site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. All files purchase and downloaded from the VectorArt.com web site are copyrighted to Vector Art® and Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies® and your rights are subject to the limitations and restrictions imposed by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties.
License Agreement
Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the copyrighted works. You have the right to use Vector Art™ electronic images as decorative or illustrative material that is included as part or all of a graphic design (rendered in traditional print media, vinyl film, sand blast mask, and other machinable substrates) produced for you, your employer, or a client, that is not for resale or redistribution as art for reproduction or as any form of stock design. You may not use any of the images, in whole or in part, for multiple resale in the from of stencils, sandblast masks, stock proofs, engravings, film, mats, silk screen color separations, printing digitized images, etc., without the express written permission of Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies.
It is against the law to copy, reproduce, or transmit (including, without limitation, electronic transmission over any network) any part of the manual or software except as permitted by the Copyright Act of the United States. Under the law, copying includes translating into another language or format. You may not under any conditions copy the software contents or catalog to sell or distribute to other, or operate the software on more than one computer at a time. Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies grants you this license for a single CPU (central processing unit) only. This software may not be loaded onto a Local Area Network unless a license has been purchased for each CPU on the Network. If you want to use Vector Art™ on an electronic network, please contact Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies regarding volume discounts and site licenses. Limited Warranty
Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies does not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the files. The foregoing states the sole and exclusive remedies for Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies breach of warranty. Except for the foregoing limited warranty, Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies makes no warranties express or implied, as to the non-infringement of the third party rights or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Holmes & Cottrell Graphic Technologies be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or savings. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
